For today, I made a Feta salad bowl along with my chicken garlic lemon sauce marinated with chick peas, cumin, coriander, paprika, Cajon, olive oil, Chicken broth with a bit of dried apricots. Served it along with my rectangular fruit tart ๐

I first cooked the chicken until brown then finishes it off in the oven along with the sauce and marinade until well cooked.โ
